Human Resource Staff and Payroll Officer
*Willing to be interviewed online and thru phone call
- with at least 2 years experience in Human Resources (preferably supervisory level)
- has strong background in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and Sourcing), Performance Management, Employee Engagement and HR operations
- has experience in handling Employee Discipline
- meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to communicate written & oral and computer literate, willing to work longer hours with less supervision
- Process payroll of employees.
- Process payment of government requirements including SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, Withholding Tax.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
