1. Industrial Relations Development Assistant B
Qualifications:
>> Completion of two (2) years studies in College
>> Career Service (Sub-Professional) First Level Eligibility
>> One (1) year of relevant experience
>> Four (4) years of relevant training
>> Preferably a B.S. Psychology graduate
>> Preferably a Licensed Psychometrician (RA 1080)
>> Ability to organize work and has keen attention to details
>> Possess a high degree of honesty, integrity, and customer service-oriented person;
>> Volleyball player is an advantage
Requirements:
>> Letter of Intent
>> Updated Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212)
>> Transcript of Records and Diploma
>> Certification, Authentication, and Validation (CAV from CHED)
>> Certificate from previous employer/s
>> Certificate of Training, Seminars, Conventions, etc. attended
>> Certificate of Awards and Recognition
>> Authenticated/Photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility
2. Two (2) Drivers: One Regular and One Job Order
Qualifications:
>> Elementary School Graduate
>> With unexpired Professional Driver’s License preferably 1 2 3 holder
>> Preferably with relevant experience as a driver
>> Preferably a Surigao City resident
>> Single is an advantage
>> Physically healthy and with 20/20 visual acuity
>> Ability to organize work and has keen attention to details
>> Possess a high degree of honesty, integrity, and customer service-oriented person;
>> Familiar with CARAGA and parts of Mindanao
