- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer with at least two years experience in project supervision relative to Materials Quality Control
- Must be a DPWH accredited Materials Engineer
- Must be experience in Materials Laboratory and Field Testing
- Computer literate
- Possesses good moral character
- Willing to be assigned in provincial areas
2 – Field Engineer
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Being a licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
- With at least 3 years work experience in the same capacity and equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Must have strong sense of professionalism and integrity
- Must be keen on details, patient and optimistic
- Possesses good moral character
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
3 – Quantity Engineer
- Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering; or a licensed Engineer
- Must be knowledgeable in Auto Cad
- Computer savvy
- Must have strong sense of professionalism and integrity
- Must be keen on details, patient and optimistic
- Possesses good moral character
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
4 – Office Engineer
- Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering; or a licensed Engineer
- Must be knowledgeable in Auto Cad
- Computer savvy
- Must have strong sense of professionalism and integrity
- Must be keen on details, patient and optimistic
- Possess good moral character
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
5 – Foreman
- Preferably with at least 6 months work related experience
- Computer savvy
- Must be keen in details, patient and optimistic

6 – MQC Technician
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related position
- At least college level, preferable taking up BS in Civil Engineering
- Computer savvy
- Must be keen in details, patient and optimistic
- Has hands on experience on laboratory testing and field materials quality control activities
- Possesses good judgment and decision making skill
- Possesses good moral character
7 – Materials Inspector
- Preferably college graduate
- No experience required
- Computer savvy

8 – Field Operator
- Graduate with any business-related courses; preferably in Accounting
- Male
- Experience is an advantage
- Computer savvy

9 – CAD Operator
- With 2 years relevant work experience
- Must be keen on details, patient and optimistic
- Possesses good judgment and decision making skill

10 – Cost Accounting Analyst
- Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- CPA is an advantage
- Preferably with at least 2 years work related experience
- Knowledgeable in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word

- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
