1 – Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Sound knowledge of engineering construction and designed
- Great leadership and organization skills
- Superb project management skills

- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- Assignment: Bukidnon
2 – Safety Officers
- Minimum of two years’ experience in construction safety
- Ability to communicate excellently in both oral and written format
- Strong listening skills to be able to get valuable information from employees
- Profound knowledge of company project work
- Good organization and record keeping abilities
- Good team leader player, self-confident, motivated, and independent individual
- Assignment: Maragusan, Pantukan, Bukidnon (Kalabugao)
3 – Laboratory Technicians
- With or without experience
- Knowledge in sampling and testing of materials used in roads and bridges construction
- Ability to communicate excellently in both oral and written format
- Profound knowledge of company project work
- Good organization and record keeping abilities
- Self-confident, motivated, and independent individual
- Assignment: Region X and Region XIII
4 – Surveyor
- 1-2 Years’ experience in road and bridges surveying
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Create points and elevations using CAD
- Monitoring points and elevations on PCCP and Asphalt
- Maintaining lay-outs on road and bridges
- Support pipes and stick -outing on site
- Assignment: Bukidnon, Laak And Maragusan
5 – Accounting Clerks
- Degree in Accounting
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
- Good math skills
- Similar experience as a staff or relevant role in accounting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Very good with spreadsheets
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Assignment: Bunawan Davao City/ Sasa Port
6 – Geodetic Engineers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering
- 1-2 years of general construction estimating experience, and know how to interpret surveying data or related experience
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth understanding of construction specific road and bridges
- Assignment: Bunawan, Davao City
7 – Timekeepers
- Oversees and verifies that employee time sheet is accurate
- Responsible for ensuring he/she gets all of the employee time sheet on time for payroll process
- Must have solid communication skills
- Must have good computer skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Assignment: Patukan – Tagugpo, Zamboanga Port Terminal – Zamboanga City
8 – Administrative Staff
- Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration
- Fluent in oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Assignment: Bunawan Davao Office
9 – Human Resource Staff
- Bachelor degree in human resources or related (essential)
- 1-2 years’ experience as an HR coordinator (essential)
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Assignment: Bunawan Davao City
10 – Instrumentation
- 1-2 Years’ experience in road and bridges surveying
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Create points and elevations using CAD
- Monitoring points and elevations on PCCP and Asphalt
- Support pipes and stick -outing on site
- Assignment: All project sites in Mindanao
