1 – Junior Accounting Manager (CPA)

  • CPA certification, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in large sized accounting firm
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer, looking at a computer screen for long periods of time
  • Proficiency with a computer
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs
  • Familiarity with accounting software programs
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Can start immediately

2 – Accounting Associate

  • Managing clients’ accounts
  • Preparing accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • Performing the basic accounting functions
  • Offering bookkeeping services to clients
  • Analyzing the client’s financial records
  • Correcting any inaccuracies and errors
  • Maintaining ledger accounts
  • Answering client’s queries, if any
  • Performing data entry and word processing
  • Working in collaboration with Accountants and Auditors
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
  • Performing clerical duties as and when required
  • Adhering to all the accounting rules and regulations
  • Can start immediately

3 – Accounting Officer

  • Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
  • Proficiency in management systems
  • Administration skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
  • A degree in Accounting or similar
  • Can start immediately

4 – Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable)

  • Review invoice for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
  • Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • Generate purchase orders as necessary
  • Print and obtain signatures on all checks
  • Assist senior financial officers as needed
  • Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping
  • Superb time management and detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to keep company and partner confidences
  • An associate degree
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Prior experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)
  • Experience with accounting software and online platforms
  • Can start immediately

5 – IT Staff

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training junior staff
  • Can start immediately

6 – Executive Assistant

  • At least 1-2 years experience in an office support role with a general understanding of office administration and support working with senior and top level executives; with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
  • Strong attention to detail and ensures accuracy of data provided
  • With good communication skills; able to speak, write and listen well
  • With exceptional interpersonal skills; proven ability to work collaboratively as part of the team and ability to build relationships
  • With sense of urgency; able to initiation and complete required tasks individually and departmental in a deadline driven environment
  • Customer service focus oriented
  • Able to improve, multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Able to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information; can be trusted and acts in accordance with organizational values
  • Able to provide high level, priority management and calendar management support to executives
  • Is organized, with a well established process of planning of workload; is efficient and resourceful

7 – Purchasing Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or a related field may be required
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in the relevant management software programs
  • Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Great organizational and planning skills
  • The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high stress environment
  • The ability to follow client specifications
  • Excellent networking and time management skills
