1 – Accounting Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- At least three years’ experience in accounting or related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and double check monthly sales report
- Prepare and double check purchases
- Submit sales and purchases to accountant
- Check tax returns and request for payment
- Proceed to payment of tax returns in accordance with tax schedules
- Prepare and double check monthly withholding taxes
- Monitoring spending and budgets
- Auditing and analyzing financial performance
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Keeping account books and system up to date
2 – Technical Encoder
We are searching for an innovative, deadline-driven technical encoder to join our company. The technical encoder’s responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, identify problems and write up reports.
The technical encoder should be meticulous, efficient and have sound knowledge of the relevant engineering discipline.
Technical Encoder Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sorting data for computer entry
- Reviewing data to make sure it’s accurate before entering it in the system
- Entering data from paper to a computer data entry system
- Maintaining the data system and ensuring all information is correctly recorded
- Completing data backups
- Filing and making paper copies
- Checking your work for errors or duplicate entries
- Reporting errors to management
- Keeping records of data entry and database information
Technical Encoder Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline preferably Civil Engineering
- Experience in a similar technical role recommended
- Experience working as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3 – Sales Representative
The sales representative should demonstrate and perform competence in compliance with the company’s standard. The sales representative under the general supervision and reports to the management.
Responsibilities:
- General leads
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Conduct field activities such as visiting DPWH, schools, LGU, private offices and other prospective clients to market the product and conduct sales presentations as needed
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Attend to customer queries and other related complaints
- Prepare monthly progress reports
- Meet monthly quota as required and agreed to
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four year course
- Self-driven individual, confident and willing to be trained
- With driver’s license with restriction code 1, 2 is required
- At least 2 years experience in sales is required for this position
- Can establish and build good working relationships with colleagues and clients
