1- Accounts and Administrative Assistant

As a well-established, Australian-based Advertising and Marketing company, we are looking for a responsible Account and Administrative Support person to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro City. Performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to our team.

As an Accounts and Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. Work could include, but is not limited to, data entry, customer service, email management, mixed media marketing, basic accounts, both verbal and written communications.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in online tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets.
Experience in administrative tasks or in a similar role.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritization.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Solid organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Confident in direct communication with clients and customers.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with complex procedures and guidelines.
Adheres to highest standards of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing or a related field.
Collaborative team player.
Willingness to learn new products and processes.
Understanding or experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Facebook is advantageous but not required.

2 – Junior Web Developer

As a well-established, Australian-based Advertising and Marketing company, we are seeking to employ innovative, full time Junior Web Developers who are entry-level professionals, responsible for creating and maintaining websites. Works closely with senior developers and designers to develop web applications, troubleshoot issues and ensure that websites are optimized for used experience and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
Experience with website development and design, whether it be through internships, coursework or personal projects.
Knowledge of web development tools and technologies, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with other team members.
HTML/CSS: Junior web developers should have a good understanding of HTML/CSS, which is the foundation of website design.
JavaScript: A basic knowledge of JavaScript is required for adding interactivity to web pages and for manipulating DOM elements.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks: Junior web developers should have experience with at least one front-end framework, such as React, Angular or Vue.
Familiarity with back-end technologies: A basic understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP or Ruby on Rails is beneficial.
Knowledge of version control: Junior web developers should be familiar with version control tools such as Git.
Attention to detail: Junior web developers must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that websites are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Job Description Summary:

An SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Assistant is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve a website’s visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs). Their primary objective is to increase organic traffic and leads to a website through optimizing content and technical elements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working in a similar role.
Ability to deliver results using SEO technical, content, link building and acquisition strategy skills.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Knowledge of CMS and Commerce platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate priorities and manage multiple technical projects.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus.
Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites is a plus.
