1 – Team Managers
- College graduate or college level
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- At least 1 year as a team leader or 2 years SME in a BPO setting
2 – Expert Workforce Management Planners
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- 2 years’ experience as a Jr
- WFM Planner or at least 5 years in Workforce Management in a BPO setting
- Very analytical
- Knowledge in WFM theories and capacity planning is an advantage
3 – Expert Reporting Analyst
- Graduate of any degree
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- Above average to excellent MS Excel Skills
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- 1 year minimum experience, preferably in the Business Intelligence space or Data Management
4 – Junior Reporting Analyst
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- Above average to excellent MS Excel skills
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
5 – IT Support Experts
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or any related field
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- Solid background in Microsoft 365 Administration
- With Experience in Handling a team related to IT Support covering tickets, calls and email support
- In-depth understanding of Systems Administration
- Familiarity with access control models and network security
- Experience with Linux CLI Management Sharp troubleshooting skills
6 – BPO Solution Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in developing solution to unique and complex problems in BPO/Customer Care
- Experience in sales or account management is an advantage or any related field
- License as a Psychometrician is an advantage
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule including graveyard shifts
- Preferably with counseling experience
7 – Expert WFH Real-Time Analysts
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- 2 years’ experience as a Jr. Real-Time Analyst or at least 5 years in Workforce Management in a BPO setting
- Very analytical
8 – Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish)
- Candidates must be able to read, speak and write English and Spanish
- Very good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- At least 6 months of Customer Service Representative experience as a bilingual CSR
- At least a Senior High Graduate under the new curriculum; High School Graduate under the old curriculum
- Willing to work onsite
9 – Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives
- Very good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- 1 year of continuous experience in a BPO company
- Must not have multiple BPO experience with less than 1 year tenure
- Must be customer oriented
- Willing to work onsite
10 – Content Moderators
- Good to excellent spoken and written English skills
- At least a Senior High Graduate under the new curriculum; High School Graduate under the old curriculum
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and result oriented
- Willing to work onsite
