DMC-Urban Property Developers, Inc. in Davao City is looking for:
1 – Sales and Marketing Staff
- Must possess any 4 year course related to Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Accounting or Finance
- Must possess at least 2 years working experience in real estate Sales and/or Leasing documentation, Customer and/or broker relation
- Must possess excellent skills in customer service and interpersonal communication
- Has a good sense of responsibility, result-driven and highly organized
2 – Leasing, Marketing and Customer Care Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably with working experience in Leasing, Marketing, Sales Documentation and Marketing of project including Customer Care Service
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills, especially in the English language
- Highly organizes and has strong attention to details in completing task
- Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively both independent and as part of a team
- Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees
3 – Sales Documentation and Turnover Staff
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year business course in Accounting or Business Administration
- Keen to details and energetic
- With at least 1 year experience in real estate business
- With knowledge and experience as Sales Documentation and Turnover staff
- Computer literate especially MS Office
