Administrative Aide IV (Clerk II)
Social Pension – (Contract of Service) Salary Grade 4 (14,400.00)
Civil Service Prescribed Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of two-year studies in college
- Training/s: None required
- Experience: None required
- Eligibility: Career Service Sub-Professional/first level eligibility
- Area of Assignment: REGION 10
Preferred Qualifications (Competency-Based):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- Training/s: 8 hours of relevant training
- Experience: At least (1) one year experience related to the job
- Eligibility: Civil Service Eligibility (2nd Level)/RA1080/PD907
Additional Competencies:
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent in written and oral communication
- Keen attention to details and organize documentation
- Competent ability in clerical functioning, and responding to phone calls
- Excellent analytical thinking; and,
- Willing to work long hours, to go on field work and to handle multi-tasks type of work
- Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure
