Indorama Ventures in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental is looking for:
1 – Maintenance Supervisor
- At least 2-3 years supervisory and relevant in manufacturing company is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision in industrial setting, preferably undergone Basic OSH Training
- Strong leadership and team management skills
2 – Machine Operator (Blowing)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Electro mechanical technology or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3 – Refrigerator/Aircon Technician
- At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Graduate of engineering course or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Refrigerator/Air Conditioning Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues within refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and refrigerant handling procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, industry regulations and environmental standards
- Certification in refrigeration and air conditioning repair preferred.
