1 – Trailer Truck Driver
Qualifications:
- With communication skills, both verbal and written.
- With at least 3 years experience in a related field
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Northern Mindanao
- With Driver’s License restriction code 1,2,3,8
- Honest and Trustworthy
2 – Tireman
Qualifications:
- Vocational Graduate of Automotive Mechanic or any related course
- At least 3 years experience in a transportation operations and/or fleet maintenance leadership role in a well establishment, must have knowledge in of vehicle repair
- Drive and ability to progress higher levels of responsibility in organization.
- Strong working knowledge and focus on safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates and manages the work of the maintenance personnel including vehicle servicing and cleaning, vehicle running repairs, component overhauls and preventive maintenance inspections
- Maintains daily vehicle activity, vehicles undergoing maintenance and return to service activity reporting
- Identifies opportunities and efficiencies for improving service delivery methods
- Ensures achievement of all maintenance-related key performance indicators (KPIs), including type and timeliness of preventive maintenance inspections
3 – Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in a transportation operations and/or fleet maintenance leadership role in a well establishment; must have knowledge in of vehicle repair.
- Drive and ability to progress to higher levels of responsibility in the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written business communication skills.
- Strong analytical and system skills to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
- Strong working knowledge and focus on safety.
- Required skill(s): Operations Management, Marketing, Automotive.
Duties and Responsibilities:

4 – Human Resource Associate
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resource Development Management
- With Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- With experience on related field is an advantage.
- Must be flexible, dynamic, and result-oriented.
- Honest, trustworthy, and of good moral character.
