3 – Human Capital Management Clerks
- Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management
- At least two (2) years of experience in several functional areas of Human Resources including employee benefits, compensation, recruitment, timekeeping, employment and employee relations
- Willing to be based in Tagum City but will require travel to branches in M’lang, Kabacan, Midsayap, Kidapawan, Bansalan, Maramag, Valencia and Cagayan de Oro.
- This is an urgent requirement.
4 – Human Capital Senior Manager
- Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management or equivalent, an MBA degree will be an advantage
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant managerial experience in all facets of Human Resources Management including talent management and performance management
- Must have relevant experience in hiring senior management positions across a variety of industries, ideally from mid-large corporate setting
- Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management
- Willing to be based in Koronadal City but will require travel to its branches in Mindanao.
- This is an urgent requirement and compensation package is negotiable
5 – Internal Audit Manager
- Degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); preferably with an MBA degree or units
- A minimum of five years (5) years relevant experience in auditing and compliance gained from various companies such as retail/wholesale, banking, manufacturing and real estate
- Willing to be assigned in Koronadal City

6 – Senior Auditor II
- Degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Preferably with an MBA degree or units
- A minimum of three years (3) years relevant experience in auditing and compliance
- Willing to be assigned in Koronadal City
7 – Motorcycle Mechanic
- At least high school graduate, preferably with TESDA course certificate on Automotive, Small Engine or Motorcyle Mechanic
- With good communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- With non professional or professional driver’s license
