1 – Lineman Assistants
- At least high school graduate
- Can work under pressure
- With or without experience
- Willing to work overtime
2 – Boom Truck Operators
- Graduate of any 4-year courses/ undergraduate/ HS graduate/ vocational
- With valid professional driver’s license (Restriction code 1 2 3)
- Proficient in telescopic 3-stage boom truck operations and in-vehicle roadworthiness
- Knowledgeable in basic truck preventive maintenance and proficient in pole erection safety/travel procedures
3 – Technicians
- Candidate must be undergraduate, HS, or vocational graduate
- Driver’s license with restriction 1 & 2 is a plus
- Can start ASAP
- Background experience in FOC installation or subscriber line installation
- Willing to be trained
- With experience in a telecom company as a lineman, technician or installer is a plus
4 – Project Managers
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (EE/ECE)
- With 5 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry
- With at least 3 years of project management
- Familiarity with OSP installation standards
- With proven telecommunication experience in OSP works, implementation, and project construction management or equivalent
- With professional license is a plus
- Driver’s license with a restriction of 1&2 is a requirement
5 – Assistant Project Managers
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management or any closely related field
- Three to five years of industry-relevant experience
- Familiarity with OSP installation standards
- With proven telecommunication experience in OSP works, implementation, and project construction management or equivalent
- With professional license is a plus
- A driver’s license with a restriction of 1&2 is a requirement
- Must be residing in Davao City or nearby places
6 – Splicers
- Must have a High school / Vocational diploma / NCII
- With experience in a telecom company as a splicer
- With background experience in FOC installation or subscriber line installation
- Knowledge of telecommunications network structure
- Familiarity with splicing equipment
- With professional drivers’ license (R 1 2) is an advantage
7 – Logistics Staff
- College level / highschool graduate
8 – Documentation Associate
- A college graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably experience working in telecommunications industry
- Must be computer literate
- Applicable to work at the office and on-site
9 – Marketing Staff
- A graduate of any 4-year business courses and with drivers’ license prof 1, 2
- Knows about creating reports and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Knows how to use Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
10 – Marketing Associate
- A graduate of any 4-year business courses
- Knows about creating reports and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Knows how to use Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Applicable to work at the office and on-site
- Handling clients’ contracts, amendments, and other related documents
11 – Marketing Manager
- A graduate of any 4-year business courses (MBA is an advantage but not a requirement)
- Proven experience in the related field is a must
- Knows about creating reports and presentations
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance in financial/budgeting processes
- Proven experience in sales and marketing and managing relationships with clients
- Highly keen on business and contracts negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Must be computer literate
- Knows how to use Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Applicable to work at the office and on-site
12 – Billing and Collection Staff
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Less than 1year experience
13 – Senior Site Supervisors
- Graduate of Engineering or any closely related course
- With three years of industry-relevant experience
- Familiarity with OSP installation standards
- With proven telecommunication experience in OSP works, implementation, and project construction management or equivalent
- With professional license is a plus
- A driver’s license with a restriction of 1&2 is a requirement
14 – Supervisors
- Graduate of Engineering or any closely related course
- With three years of experience as site supervisor in the Telecom Industry (OSP works, implementation, and project construction management or equivalent)
- With a professional license, and a driver’s license with restriction of 1&3 is a plus
15 – Commercial Manager
- A graduate of any 4-year business courses MBA is an advantage but not a requirement
- Proven experience in the related field is a must
- Knows about creating reports and presentations
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance in financial/budgeting processes
- Proven experience in sales and marketing and managing relationships with clients
