1 – Equipment Owners
- Male or Female
- Graduate of 2-4 years Technical/Vocational Courses (e.g., Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electric or Electronic Technology, Mechatronic or other relevant courses)
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to do physically demanding activities
2 – Production Crew
- College level or College Graduate, or any vocational courses
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to do physically demanding activities
3 – Company Nurse
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with professional license
- Preferably with work experience in industrial or hospital setting
- Computer literate
- With excellent communication and skills
- Strong analytical planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and conscientious
- Willing to extend working hours (if needed)
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Physically fit
- Flexible with initiative and drive, assertive and emotionally resilient
