Nutrimax Fresh-Baked, Inc. (NFBI) in PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental is a toll manufacturing facility of Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. It has the capacity to provide bread to various companies like hotels, restaurants, artisan bakery, community bakery, institutional accounts like airlines and shipping companies and Gardenia Bread Products. In line with this, we are in need of vigorous, hardworking and results oriented people to fill the following posts:

1 – Engineering Technician

Job Description: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production machines and other plant equipment.

At least Mechanical / Electrical vocational graduate
Has previous work experience troubleshooting machines
Knowledge of PLC is an advantage
With at least two years experience in the manufacturing setting

2 – Management Trainee

Job Description: Responsible for monitoring/ensuring that the production process is done in accordance to the prescribed work instructions and operating conditions.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Preferably with PRC license
Knowlegde in AutoCAD Microsoft project and office application
Preferably with knoeledge and good understanding on or have attended ISO, Food Safety (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, SSOP)
With at least 1 year experience in manufacturing set-up
Preferably with knowledge in operations audit, methods and process environment

3 – HR Supervisor

Job Description: Responsible in ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations training. Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the Human Resources Department.

Graduate of AB/BS Major in Psychology or BS in Administration or the same capacity
With at least 3 year experience in manufacturing set up
Knowledgeable in GMP, ISO, HALAL and HACCP principles
Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times
With strong sense of urgency and confidentiality
Flexible and works well under pressure
