1 – HR Specialist
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS Psychology with 1-2 years experience in Human Resource
- 21 to 30 years of age
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- Responsible in handling Recruitment (cashiers, waiters, cooks)
- Responsible in handling compensation and benefits (processing of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig remittance)
- Responsible for payroll and timekeeping (monitoring the attendance and tardiness of employees)
- Assist in handling Labor Relations cases if necessary
2 – Cashier
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- 21-25 years of age
- Willing to be trained
- Preferably with experience in handling POS machine
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Willing to be assigned in 6 branches if needed
- Preferably with experience in stocks inventory and month end reports
- Willing to take shifting hours and can do overtime
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Be able to handle pressure
3 – Admin Clerk
Qualifications:
- BS Management or Accounting graduate
- 1 year working experience is an advantage
- 21-25 years of age
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knows how to process permits and licenses
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting entry
- Assist in handling paper works, stock inventory
- Assist in checking POS receipts
- Willing to got to the bank for payment transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can handle pressure
4 – Cook
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience working in a seafood restaurant
- Can prepare Filipino and Chinese cuisine
- 23-45 years old
- Willing to be assigned in any of the 7 branches of Prawn House (Pueblo, Centrio, Limketkai, Opol, Iligan, Valencia, Cebu)
- Physically fit
- Honest and hardworking
- Willing to work on extended hours or overtime
- Honest, diligent, versatile and can multi-task
