1 – Project Engineer (Flood Control Project)
Job Description:
- The Project Engineer is responsible for on-site project management. Coordinate all project related concerns to proper personnel/group.
Project Implementation Responsibilities:
- Supervise ordering and delivery of local materials to be procured for the project
- Site management
- Installation coordination (coordination with other trades and drawing approvals)
- Preparation of progress reports and supporting documents for billing and change orders
- Cost estimates
- Direct supervision of site/project based personnel
- Review and manage project cost
- Ensure project installation specifications are followed and documented
- Project close-out and turnover
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product related concerns and on site changes with systems technical support
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
2 – Site Engineer (Flood Control Project)
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s / college degree, professional licensed engineer (civil)
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have had experience in handling sites (flood control project)
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Project management and supervision skills
- Candidate must be an analytical thinker
- Must have proven time management and organizational skills
- Preferably 1-2 years experienced employee specializing in flood control project
- Willing to start immediately
3 – Chief Mechanic
- Diagnoses and repairs heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, dump truck and boom truck (HOWO) etc.
- Oversees the training of mechanics and ensure standard work agreement
- Supervises and coordinates activities of mechanics (repairing, maintaining parts of equipment and machines, installation, etc.)
- Using a high degree of independent judgment, assumes responsibility for the safe maintenance and repair of variety of complex equipment and tools which involve mechanical, hydraulic, gas, diesel and electrical systems at various locations
- Maintains a clean and safe work area, adheres to all safety procedures
- Positively interacts with the management to satisfy company goals
- Directs and aids all other levels of technicians/mechanics as needed in regard to troubleshooting repairs
- Maintains paperwork documentation of work work performed (job orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily/job basis
- Performs other duties as assigned/required
- Willing to respond to after hour emergency calls as directed by the management
- Identifies and communicates the need for parts and inventory
*Job Type: Full time, permanent
*Salary: Php 800 – Php 900 per day
*Experience: Heavy construction equipment – 5 years preferred
4 – Bridge Engineer
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Male
- Not more than 50 years old
- Must have at least 10 years work experience in bridge construction (100 meters span)
- Know how to use micro station and Autocad
- Must have knowledge in survey, structural analysis. designing, details estimate and engineering technical writing and reports
- Can communicate well both verbal and writing
- Ability to work under pressure yet achieve maximum efficiency
- Must have strong leadership skills and teamwork
5 – Electrician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inspection, repair, replacement and maintenance of electrical outlets, ATS and circuit breakers and the like
- Wiring of lighting and light fittings
- Pulling of insulated wires and cables through the conduit
- Knowledge in auto electrician works
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- With TESDA certification relevant to work is an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledgeable in reading electrical floor plan, using of hand and power tool equipment
- Willing to do field work
6 – Carpenter (Flood Control Project)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for construction, maintenance and repair of woodwork structures and surface based on blueprints, drawing, sketch or oral instruction
- Builds, repairs and installs forms
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- With TESDA certification relevant to work is an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledgeable in hand and power tool equipment
- Willing to do field work
7 – Mason (Flood Control Project)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for construction, maintenance and repair of structures and surface
- Mixing cement and take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed
- Sending of before and after reports to superior
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- With TESDA certification relevant to work is an advantage
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledgeable in hand and power tool equipment
- Willing to do field work
