1 – UX Writers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in either disciplines: Technical writing or user-centered digital product writing (Please bring a portfolio of your writing samples on these disciplines)
- Experience in content strategy
- Background in UX research principles
- Design experience is a PLUS
- Experience in creating style guides is a PLUS
- Experience in US real estate is a PLUS
2 – Inbound Marketing Specialists
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and comfort with a swiftly changing landscape
- 2+ years of experience managing demand generation programs at a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrable results contributing meaningful amounts of pipeline and revenue by leveraging a variety of marketing channels (including, but not limited to: website, paid media, search, email, third party partnerships and live/virtual events)
- Fundamental understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead nurturing, email marketing, landing page, form strategy, etc.
- Extensive experience with direct marketing and marketing automation including A/B testing, customer segmentation and analytics as well as strong proficiency with technology tools that support such marketing efforts
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure effectiveness of marketing programs
- Experience owning creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to c-suite stakeholders
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Adept content marketing and writing skills
- Graphic Design experience is a bonus
3 – Marketing Team Lead
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline recommended
- Minimum 3-5 years B2C and B2B marketing experience in SEO, Communications, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or other relevant fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, including the ability to write in different styles for different audience types and goals (i.e. demand, thought leadership, sales enablement)
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
- Shown success of driving results-oriented marketing programs and continuous improvements through impactful insights and recommendations
- Project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with consumer-facing brands
- Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, innovative, integrated social marketing campaigns
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Ability to create compelling and customer obsessed sales and marketing collateral and marketing materials with a high attention to detail
- Proven expertise in content distribution best practices and experience designing content
- Team player who is willing to pitch in on a variety of content-related projects
- Love for the creative process including brainstorming
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in real estate and social media is not required but preferred
- Experience writing for technical personas not required but helpful
