- Must have experience in bored-piling, roads, and bridges

2 – Project Engineers
- Must be graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
- With at least 5 years working experience in employee and project management

3 – Field Engineers
- Must be graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
- With at least 1 to year work experience in the related field

4 – QC Engineers
- Must be graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
- With at least 1 to year work experience in the related field

5 – Paralegal
- Must be an LLB graduate or Juris doctor
- With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in the related field

6 – Financial Analysts
- Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy/ Accounting Technology
- Analytical skills

- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

9 – Chief Accountant
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

10 – Senior Mechanics
- Must have an NC II certificate (Heavy Equipment Mechanic)
- Preferably at least 5 to 10 years working experience
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City or Sta. Cruz site
- Willing to work over time
11 – Junior Mechanics
- Must have an NC II certificate (Automotive Servicing)
- Preferably at least 1 to 4 years working experience
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City or Sta. Cruz site
- Willing to work over time
12 – Dump Truck Drivers
- Preferably with at least NCII TESDA Certificate (Automotive Servicing)
- Must have a Driver’s license (restriction: 1, 2, 3 or 1,2,3,8)
- With at one to three years working experience in the related field
- Willing to be assigned at Panacan, Davao City or any project site
13 – Operators / Drivers
(Backhoe Operator, Crane Operator; Grader Operator, Road roller Operator; Pay loader Operator, Dump truck Driver; Transit Mixer Driver, Service Driver)
- 2 to 3 years working experience as operators/drivers
- Must have an NCII certificate/ Driver’s License
- Willing to be assigned at any project site
14 – Laborers
- At least high school graduate
- Flexible, dynamic and results-oriented
15 – Masons / Carpenters / Welders
- Preferably with National Certificates (for skilled applicants)
- With experience on high Rise building
- Preferably at least 2 to 3 years working experience
