Youth Empowerment and Recruitment Officer for Cagayan de Oro
The Youth Empowerment and Recruitment Officer is mainly responsible for disseminating information about the project, conduct recruitment activities, and place potential trainees to YouthWorks PH work-based training program.
- Work closely with the Senior Outreach Officer and respective City Coordinator in the planning and conduct of information, recruitment, and learning sessions to YouthWorks PH target audiences;
- Implement the recruitment plan in close coordination with the city coordinator;
- Build relationships on the ground with local partners, youth organizations and other project stakeholders.
